Taste good as always. Service was too slow..We ordered 1 ice cream in cup, 1 mango smoothie, 1 vanilla shake, It took about 20 mins for the girl to finish, in the meanwhile other staff just stood by and watched,. We figured the best way to speed it up may be no matter how many ppl are in your group, just take 1 order at a time, so that you'll have more than one staff work on your order.. instead of getting stuck with one staff trying to fulfill all orders.

I loved my ice cream, however, the customer service was horrible. Line was getting longer and longer and all employees were talking to each other, laughing and splashing water around. (Not mentioning that I got splashed by that water). When I made a remark in regards of water, a lady gave me a look and attitude like I splashed her, not she. When my ice cream was "ready", it had wrong type of chocolate, so I asked to redo it. I haven't received any apology during this process, where employee's mistake was visible. As being a hospitality service representative I rate this place with one star for hooooorrible customer service

Ice cream was good. got a smoothie and a shake that were okay. Main problem is the customer service there were 6 employees total yet with our order only one person was working on it. It seems like things would of been faster if there was some teamwork or coordination. Not sure of they have some commission base or something so that only one person is working on one set of orders at a time. Seems inefficient to me.

Went here yesterday! I normally crave chocolate however I decided to try one of their signature Apple Pie a La Cold Stone and Im glad I did! Delicious, tasted fresh, didn't even need to alter anything. The perfect amount of sweetness, texture, and richness all in a cup. Need I say more?

I work too close to this place and every day I walk pass by it twice. 1st of all, this ice cream has a particular smell... Ice cream that smells, must be very creamy and delicious... AND IT ISS!!!!! 2nd, they hook me up! I LOVE my Cake 'n' Shake and I always get it "Love it" (Medium). Most of the time, they go overboard and they serve it on a "Gotta Have it" (Large) cup and they charge me for a medium. AWESOME!! Love coming here, will return and return. Plus, it's an ideal stop after the movies... or before if you can sneak it in! :)

Excellent ice cream - it's very expensive but I think the splurge is worth every spoonful or mouthful. You must try the Apple Pie a La ColdStone! I like to buy ice cream here to enjoy in the movie theater next door. It's the only thing that can make me forget about popcorn!

Tonight I waited for what seemed too long being that I was the 2nd on line and there were 3 people behind the counter just not making eye contact with the customers. Ordered my favorite, the Apple Pie A La Cold Stone. In the "Like it" size. (small). Paid about $6 since it's a "Signature Creation". Yes, it's delicious. Definitely a very indulgent treat to enjoy on rare occasions.

Feeling like discovering something totally cool and unexpected? That's what happened to me when I first found Cold Stone Creamery. Didn't know the store and entered only to be amazed to be the ingenuity of the concept. They make your ice cream on a frozen stone and mix all you want in it (from fruits to nuts) in front of you. The service is perfect. I always get helped out by very friendly persons who make me try every flavor I want and give awesome advice. My favorites is their signature creations: the founders favorite, the strawberry blond, the cheesecake fantasy,... If you register online you get a free customs creation ice cream for your birthday...yummy! Honestly, the best ice cream I have had here in the US.

Forgive me, For I have Zinned! Anticipating the opening, came here the other night. If you want freshly made ice-cream daily and tons of flavors to choose from, this is the spot. You pick your flavor, they scoop it out whack it on a frozen table and add whatever toppings you like. Favorite: Battered Cookie Dough with marshmallows.......yum....your waistline will love it. If you want massive calorie intake, this is it. The staff are so friendly, they sing, thank you for tips and it is just a fun, upbeat place to go and grab dessert. Kids love this place..... They also have 6 packs of frozen cupcakes for $9.99, a little steep but gotta try next visit. The prices are high for ice-cream but it's so worth indulging in and saying the heck with it. I am happy they opened at this location, my daughter is finally thrilled!!

Service is a little slow but that just means they're putting a lot of love into my little ice cream bowl I guess. The signature creations make my mouth salivate as I read them. Oh man! You can sample the flavors and substitute your own or you can make your own creation they have lots of little things to choose. I usually get the Birthday Cake Remix in the "Like It" size (small) their cake batter ice cream is amazing. The staff is always friendly. Usually when you put tips in the jar they sing for you. Sometimes at night they don't so I jokingly say "you're not gonna sing" they laugh and bust out with a little song. There is no need to get the big exaggerated tubs this ice cream is just a little treat they have a lot of calories!

I'm on the Cold Stone e-mailing list and I got a coupon that said "Buy Any Creation And Get A Second Creation Of Equal Or Lesser Value FREE" ("Like It", "Love It" or "Gotta Have It, up to 4 mix ins, in a cup). So, I printed it out and walked over. The two girls working (Joy and Geurda) were rude from the get go. They were talking to each other and hardly listening to our orders. My boyfriend and I ordered 1 "Like It" Founder's Favorite with no pecans and 1 "Like It" Vanilla ice cream with Reeses Pieces and Snickers. When they checked me out, I presented the coupon and they refused to accept it. I told them I stayed within the coupon limitations and I asked why it was unacceptable. They refused to explain. After standing around arguing for a few minutes, I noticed our ice cream was melting, so I paid and left. I ended up paying $12.04 for two little ice creams. Why would anyone work at a job that requires direct customer interaction if they hate people? Rudest employees ever.

After loving the Ras Trent video from Lonely Island: nbc.com/saturday-night-l… I decided to stop in here. It's right by my house, and I wanted some ice cream...I was not impressed. I'm not sure if it's because I grew up in Vermont eating Ben & Jerry's, or if it's because I grew up in Vermont eating Ben & Jerry's. The ice cream was not very thick, has too much air in it, and cost WAY WAY more than I was expecting. Won't be back. That's what I get for going to a franchise.

Going to Coldstone's use to be a special treat and I was so excited when one opened on Miami Beach a few years ago. The ice cream is always fantastic (cake batter with heath bar and gummy bears omg yum nom nom) but after doing lots of research I learned that it is the lowest quality ice cream one can buy which makes me feel a little uneasy about shelling out so much money and calories for it. On more than a few occasions, the staff has complained to me about how much they hate working there (Lol!) So, the ice cream is amazing but is a bit over priced and they clearly do not treat their staff well.

I was thrilled when I saw Cold Stone on the beach!!! The ice creams are always super fresh. Since it is so fresh....you have to eat it right away or it does tend to melt very easily. Service was good..... Coffee Lover was awesome!!!

ehhhh...does anyone else feel that even the small is too big??? before i finished paying, the ice cream already began to melt and drip all over my hand. Ice cream places need to start serving smaller sizes i cannot eat that much ice cream. Its like ordering a small soda at a movie theater, waayyyy to big. ice cream is good, pictures look a lot better than the one they make for you. And its a bit annoying that i am paying a lot for ice cream that melts before i have the chance to sit down and eat it.

I love this place!!! Been there a few times, deffinetly coming back. This place is for ice cream lovers for sure, they have amazing blend of ice cream types and a lot of different toppings. Then when you pick a topping they will mix it with your ice cream in front of you and I can tell you the view is unbelievable :) try the black cherries with chocolate and vanilla ice cream- awesomeness!!!

Yep! I am reviewing a Cold Stone Creamery. FIrst of all, I can smell this damn place from all the way down the block! They must somehow infuse crack cocaine in the air because it seems like people are in a trance passing by Cold Stone. I walked in and was very happy to see a line of two people. Of course the line went slow cause little Princess Suzy Loo whatever her name was in front of me couldn't for the life of her figure out what toppings she wanted. Kids these days have too many options!!!! What ever happened to the days of just picking between rainbow sprinkles and chocolate sprinkles?! Geez! Finally this little girl got her damn ice cream and moved along and it was time for me to tell the "ice cream maker" what "creation" I wanted her to make me. She was quick and friendly and I have no complaints about the ice cream either. I went into Cold Stone well aware of the fact that I am lactose intolerant but in all honesty, Cold Stone is worth it. Booooy was it worth it! I'm craving Cold Stone now that I am writing this review so I must end here...

I have mixed feelings about this place. One of the workers there told me they had tons of bugs and I didn't believe it until I got to experience it myself. Um... flies around the ice cream? Ew. I understand people are opening the door all the time and whatnot but that's no excuse to have bugs crawling and flying around the food. Their shakes are sosososooso sugary that you need a bottle of water to wash it all down. I am a fan of a few of their flavors but that's about it. Whatever they have here, I've found at other places for a much better price and a much cleaner experience.

Called in to this place in great mood with my wife looking forward to a nice ice cream but walked out after 10 minutes without any ice cream and in very bad mood. We experienced the worst service we have ever experienced anywhere in the world and I have been to France regularly!!! After waiting patiently for 5 minutes for the 3 staff to finish their chat with each other and a customer (that was obviously a friend) one staff member slowly sauntered over to us and just stood there. Didn't say hello, didn't say anything. . . he looked like a scorned teenager awaiting to see the Headmaster. I will always smile and say hi to someone serving me but I wasn't even sure if he was going to take our order??? He just about looked me in the eye and I asked "are you serving?" . . . again he didn't speak but fiddled with his headphones. . . yes, headphones that he was wearing while apparently serving!!!!! My wife looked at me and said "lets go". . . I asked him "what's going on here?" . . . again he didn't speak. The other 2 staff were still chatting at the other side of the counter so I called over to the other person to ask if there was a Manager working. The first goon was still just standing there expressionless and mute. After another frustrating 5 minutes of trying to complain about our treatment to people who didn't care in the least I took their names and left. I understand that serving must be a tough job, but when a store is empty and friendly and happy customers come in they should be treated properly. In this day and age with so much unemployment people like this should not work in front line positions. In fact I wouldn't trust these guys to sweep the floor. The three goons working that evening were: Keyon - The mute that listens to his ipod while serving!! Maria & Myriam - Busy chatting together!! Please please take my advice and go to Haagen Dazs or Kilwin's Ice cream stores down the road on Lincoln Road instead were we have always had good service and great products. Unfortunately we never even got to try the Coldstone product. Our evening was ruined after the conflict that we ended up having topped with frustration don't suffer the same fate.

It's cold stone... its decadent, its delicious... unfortunately like most everything else on the beach the service here is not as great as pretty much every other cold stone I have been to (read: borderline terrible) but at least its open really late!

I love cold stone, I really do ... But I also think it's also how good it is based on location. The cold stone in kendall is extraordinary, but the one in lincoln road it's really blah. Going their today it was crappy, the place wasn't cleaned at all it looked like someone dropped a crap load of ice cream all over the flood and counter and just smudged it from one corner to another. The ice cream I do gotta say tasted great and i enjoyed it, but the service was horrible plus for 2 SMALL ICE CREAM cones 2!! i was charged $14.00 i mean are you serious ? Out of those $14.00 probably what $10.00 goes to the taxes of miami beach it's ridiculous...
